The Cathedral of Our Lady was a landmark building in the city of Antwerp on Earth, a Gothic cathedral dating back to the 14th century. The Cathedral of Our Lady remained standing at least into the mid 23rd century. (Star Trek: Myriad Universes novel: A Less Perfect Union)

Although established in an alternate universe, it seems likely this structure would also continue to exist in the main timeline.
