Celeste was a human female who lived in the 24th century, and was once a romantic acquaintance of Jean-Luc Picard. Picard believed Celeste to be the most beautiful woman he had ever known, but unfortunately she died some time before Picard assumed command of the USS Enterprise-D in 2364.
