Centurius III was a planet, the third planet in the Centurius star system on the edge of the Romulan Neutral Zone.

In around 2170, during the First Romulan-Federation War, it was destroyed. By a hundred years later, it was still considered uninhabitable due to radiation levels. (TOS video game: 25th Anniversary)
