The Chancellor of the Andorian Empire is the head of government for the Andorian Empire, Andor being one of the founding Federation members. In 2155, six years prior to the signing of the Articles of the Federation, the Andorian Chancellor alerted the Aenar of the impending arrival of United Earth Starfleet Captain Jonathan Archer and Andorian Imperial Guard Commander Hravishran th'Zoarhi as part of an ongoing investigation into the origins of a rogue ship attacking Andorian, Tellarite, and Rigellian vessels.
