Charles Lee Jackson was a Human man. He was a researcher and biologist famous by the 23rd century for his studies of animal life on Rigel III.

Legacy[]

In 2277, during a brief excursion to Marris V to collect plant and animal specimens, Hikaru Sulu was reminded of Jackson's time on Rigel III, as well as Alfred Wallace's exploration of South America and Charles Darwin's studies of the Galápagos Islands.
