Chase Masterson (born February 26, 1963) is an actress best known to Star Trek fans for her role as Leeta in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She also voiced the character in Star Trek Online.

Masterson has guest starred in television series such as ER, Sliders and Live Shot. She also appeared in the Star Trek fan film Of Gods and Men.
