In 2374, Vic Fontaine had chateaubriand served for Odo and Kira Nerys. (DS9 episode: "His Way")

Jean-Luc Picard planned to serve Beverly Crusher chateaubrand on one occasion in 2376. Picard commented that it should be served with merlot but all he could serve was sparkling apple juice. (TNG - Gemworld novel: Gemworld, Book Two)
