Chaxaza was a female Betazoid in the 24th century. She was a cousin to Lwaxana Troi, and a member of the Betazed resistance to the Dominion occupation in 2374-2375. Chaxaza acted as caretaker to the young children who had taken shelter in the Loneel Mountains following the Dominion invasion, including young Barin Troi, who called her "Cha'za".
