Chig (aka The Venerable Chig) was a male Ferengi considered the greatest scholar in Ferengi history. He was the first headmaster of the Haryalevard Academy of Business Management, and noted for his famous quote, "There are no stupid boys on Ferenginar. All right... maybe one or two."
