Chu'lak was a male Vulcan who lived in the mirror universe in the 24th century. He was a member of Memory Omega.

In 2376, Chu'lak travelled to Terok Nor to meet with fellow Memory Omega member Keiko Ishikawa. Chu'lak gave her intelligence on the Alliance, as well as a calligraphy cup from her mother. Chu'lak commented that Ishikawa's position as one of the leaders of the Terran Rebellion was now free of dissent. As he left, Chu'lak gave Keiko the traditional Vulcan salute, which Ishikawa returned in kind. (DS9 short story: "A Terrible Beauty")
