Clarke was a female cadet at the Starfleet Academy from 2354. It is not known whether she graduated along with most of the cadets of that year, in 2357, but is presumably so. She was instrumental in helping cadet Mackenzie Calhoun to again regain consciousness after he helped saving cadet Elizabeth Shelby against a sea creature.
