Clarus system

The Clarus system is a star system in the Alpha Quadrant that contains at least nine planets. It is located near Ferenginar.
In 2374, Kira Nerys told Quark and Rom that if the Dominion would capture the Clarus system before moving onto Ferenginar if they ever tried to invade the Ferengi Alliance. (DS9 episode: "Profit and Lace")
In 2376, an Orion transport brought Quark and Ro Laren to the Clarus system and then through an Iconian Gateway to Farius Prime. Quark, Ro and Ychell Mafon later used a Bajoran Militia flitter to escape the Orion Syndicate through the gateway back to the Clarus system. (DS9 novel: Demons of Air and Darkness)
