Ensign Claudia Siguenza was a female human Earth Starfleet officer in the 22nd century. By 2156, she served aboard the Columbia as the gamma shift weapons officer.

In 2168, after the Columbia had made orbit of the planet Erigol, Claudia was on duty when the away team managed to break through the scattering field to contact the ship. She reported the massive detonation of the city ship Feiran, which several MACOs had destroyed as further influence over the Caeliar. After Major Stephen Foyle and Lieutenant Vincenzo Yacavino beamed back aboard the Columbia and were revealed as mutineers, Siguenza helped acting XO Russell Hexter escort the two to the Brig. After the ship entered a subspace tunnel, she and all others aboard died as a result of the hyperphasic radiation. (ST - Destiny novel: Gods of Night)
