Ensign Cole was a 22nd century Human man who was a command division Starfleet officer. In 2152, he was assigned to the starship Enterprise.

Cole, along with Crewman Rossi, were both identified by T'Pol and Phlox in the mess hall as being possessed by an alien "wisp". Rossi and Cole were then escorted to their quarters by security. (ENT episode: "The Crossing")

Cole was the only ensign among the unnamed crewmembers sitting in the direction that T'Pol and Phlox were directing their comments. Scott Hill portrayed Cole.
