Lord-Commander Benjamin Sisko was the commander of station D9 in the Earthfleet. This was a reality where Khan Noonien Singh had won the Eugenics Wars, so Sisko was an Augment. He was a brutal commander. (Star Trek: Myriad Universes novel: Seeds of Dissent)
- It wasn't made clear if Sisko was the Emissary in this reality though the novel Fearful Symmetry makes it clear that all Siskos are born to be the Emissary
