The Institute of Living was established in 1822 in the city of Hartford, Connecticut. In 2363, staff psychiatrist Kevin Pointer treated both Morgan Primus and her daughter, Robin Lefler at the Institute. (NF short story: "Alice, on the Edge of Night")
