Connors was a Starfleet medical technician who served aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2260s.

In 2266, Connors was enchanted by the appearence of Magda Kovacs when she came into sickbay to visit Dr. Leonard McCoy. McCoy had to ask him to leave sickbay. (TOS episode: "Mudd's Women")
