Corlwyn was a Narisian Proctor, and likely a scientist or engineer. Corlwyn wrote for a journal, and had published information regarding transporter technology, which was somewhat understood but undeveloped on Narisia. Garamet mistook retired Starfleet Captain Montgomery Scott for a Wise One when he transported her and her brother Wahlkon aboard the Goddard, as the experience was exactly as described in Corlywn's journal.
