The Council Spokesman was leader of the Ardana Council, the legislative body of the Ardanan government, and one of the most powerful individuals in the government after the High Advisor. As of 2377, the Council Spokesman was a male Ardanan named Yaffie. (CoE eBook: Signs from Heaven)
