Ensign Craycroft was a junior tactical officer serving aboard the USS Enterprise-E, under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, in late 2373.

Craycroft was on duty at the tactical station on the bridge when the Enterprise engaged two Cardassian Galor-class warships in late 2373. She was also at her post a short time later when the Enterprise detected the wreck of the USS Gallant and battled a Jem'Hadar battle cruiser when coming to the aid of the USS Aurora and the Orb of Peace.
