Criminal activity reports are reports compiled by law enforcement groups that list the crimes that have taken place in a certain location.
On Deep Space 9, Constable Odo created criminal activity reports on a daily basis and reviewed them with Major Kira Nerys. Odo would have a mug of raktajino waiting for Kira when she arrived in the security office to discuss the report. (DS9 episodes: "Crossfire", "Indiscretion", "The Muse")

In 2372, following the Bajoran edict that all Ferengi were to leave Bajoran space, Odo mentioned the fact that Quark and Rom were still aboard the station in the criminal activity report and that he had taken no action. (DS9 novel: The 34th Rule)
Later in 2372, Constable Odo viewed a criminal activity report and, based on the information, attempted to arrest Rionoj for the theft of Falangian diamonds. (DS9 episode: "Broken Link")
In 2373, a criminal activity report showed a fourth theft of equipment had taken place in upper pylon 3. (DS9 episode: "Looking for par'Mach in All the Wrong Places")
