Crom Neret was a Bajoran activist in the late 24th century. Neret publicly complained when some surviving Cardassian vessels and weapons from the Dominion War disappeared. The activist's thoughts were that they could be used for another invasion; it mentioned that the missing vessels were Galor class ships. (ST website: The Path to 2409)

The The Path to 2409 article does not distinguish whether Neret is a Bajoran, just someone who is an activist in support of the Bajorans or both.
