Cyriaque Lamar was an athletic, blond human male serving in Starfleet in the late-24th century.
In March 2384, Ensign Lamar was a subspace communications specialist assigned to the USS Enterprise-E. Along with Lieutenant Anders, he was instrumental in locating the control device for dozens of Breen-modified Soong-type androids scattered throughout Federation worlds.
