DNA-resistant paper was a material, particularly useful for keeping records that could not be tracked.

In 2376 after Kira Nerys declared a ban on pools on Deep Space 9 betting on who would become the next Kai Quark began to keep his pool records on DNA-resistant paper so if it was found it could not be traced back to him. (DS9 novel: Avatar, Book One)
