DP-7 was a Federation-built weapon platform in Earth orbit over the North American continent. In 2375, Breen Confederacy soldier Za'dag hijacked the station and used it attack the starships USS Columbia and USS Enterprise-E as they responded to the Breen attack on San Francisco.
