A 24th century Klingon from the planet Taganika, dRacla, son of Vok became head of the House of Ingka upon his father's death. He joined forces with Lursa and B'Etor to avenge his father's murder at the hands of Qua'lon. They used him in an attempt to capture Gowron while on Deep Space 9.
