The Daa'Vit Confederacy was the political state of the Daa'Vit civilization, and an important ally to the Federation. The Daa'Vit Confederacy and the Klingon Empire were enemies for over three hundred years until the Klingons made peace with the Federation by signing the Khitomer Accords. The Confederacy was led by King Morgen of Daa'V, the hereditary leader of his people. (TNG novel: Reunion)
