Daniel Emmanuelli was a male Human born circa 2350, the son of Raphael and Rebecca Emmanuelli, and the brother of Gustavo Emmanuelli.

In 2361, Tzenkethi forces took Daniel's mother prisoner, and not long afterwards, she was declared dead. However, in 2365, she was discovered to still be alive, and was rescued from Tzenkethi captivity. After her return to the Federation, however, Daniel and his brother felt they had been abandoned and deceived, and were unable to reconcile with their mother for years to follow.
