Davon III was a gas giant in the Davon system, the planet was fourteen AUs from the system's star and had unusually high energy readings for a gas giant, it was coloured in hues of fiery orange and dazzling white. Davon had a ring system, consisting of five distinct golden rings and several moons, one of which was Davonia. (DS9 novel: Devil in the Sky)
