Dellas was a female Tiburonian scientist in the 23rd century. She was renowned for her powerful and innovative discourses. She rarely spoke before audiences, but made a rare appearance at a science summit held on Deep Space Station M-20 in 2268, where she spoke on perpetuality. (TOS novel: Cloak)
