A Denebian slime devil was a type of alcoholic beverage served at a bar in the city of Meekrab on planet Denebia. It was pink in color, fizzy and tart. Leonard McCoy compared it to a cosmopolitan.

The reason the drink had been given its name was unclear, but according to one Denebian bartender, it was because, like an actual Denebian slime devil, the drink will, when least expected, awake and disembowel the drinker. (TOS short story: "Where Everybody Knows Your Name")
