The Denobulan Curia was the governing body of the planet Denobula in the mid-22nd century.

In 2165 the Curia agreed to extradite Mettus to the Antaran homeworld for trial after Mettus had murdered the Antaran Sohon Retab after Sohon's son Pehle Retab married the Denobulan Vaneel, who was the daughter of prominent physician Phlox. When the Antaran terrorist group True Sons of Antar broke into the Denobulan prison where Mettus was being held and kidnapped him in order to conduct a show trial and execution on Antar, the Curia refused to take any military action to retrieve Mettus or even apply diplomatic pressure on the Antarans so as not to jeopardize relations with the Antarans.
