Devix was a male Romulan who lived in the 24th century. He served in the Romulan Imperial Fleet as Commander of the Romulan Imperial Fleet itself.

BiographyEdit

During the Praetorship of Gell Kamemor and likely long before it, Devix was the Commander of the Romulan Imperial Fleet. He came to meet with the Praetor after the disastrous events in the Bajor System.
