Devlin "Dev" Connolly was a male Starfleet officer in the 24th century. While at Starfleet Academy, he began a romantic relationship with fellow cadet Darya Bat-Levi. The two graduated in 2326, and had planned to spend a week together on Pacifica before beginning their first assignments. Their relationship ended after Bat-Levi suffered a crippling accident, and she rebuffed all efforts Connolly made to contact her. (TLE novel: Well of Souls)
