Lieutenant Commander Dexter Remmick was a Starfleet officer.
In 2364 Remmick became host to a parasite Spawnmother which grew to inhabit most of his chest cavity. He was killed when Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Commander William T. Riker phasered him to circumvent the parasites activities. (TNG episodes: "Coming of Age", "Conspiracy")
