Dezinor Nen Fel-A was a female Tzenkethi.

In 2382, Dezinor was part of a plot to incite a minor rebellion on Talar, hoping to use the repressed female Talarian population to further the Typhon Pact's objectives. She had approached the Talarians as a philanthropist, seeking to help the economic stability of the women in the patriarchal Talarian Republic. She had found it a delicate operation, as one of the complaints of the rebellion had been the regime's dealings with offworlders. Through a methodical series of assassinations, Dirin had elevated to the position of authority - someone fanatical enough to employ violent means but rational enough to not alienate members who were concerned for the safety of their children and community. Then, to control Velet, the most popular alternative candidate, subtle hints of scandal were planted, albeit not sufficient to completely destroy her reputation.

Dezinor was on Talar guiding the rebellion when Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the USS Enterprise-E arrived to negotiate with Commander-in-Chief Ronzel and Ambassador Endar to have the Talarian Republic join the expanded Khitomer Accords. A biotoxin introduced into the food served to the assembled led to the Starfleet crew insisting on medical being on site, which allowed the women to kidnap Doctor Beverly Crusher along with Jono in an anesthezine gas attack. Suspecting that Ronzel would direct Starfleet to undertake a military strike to recover the captives, Dezinor could then capture footage and portray the Federation a violent hypocrites for not respecting their allies' cultural norms. Velet's team bound the captives and guarded them, bringing them food, but this also allowed Crusher and Jono to hear their pleas and convince them that they could help them with the change they desired. Velet and Dirin, now no longer convinced of the need of the Tzenkethi interference, confronted Dezinor. (ST - Typhon Pact eBook: The Struggle Within)
