Diego Feliciano was a male human in Starfleet in the 24th century. As of 2376 he held the rank of Chief Petty Officer, and was assigned as transporter chief of the USS da Vinci. Feliciano made his home in Havana, Cuba, with his wife, Arlene, and son, Carlos, born in 2369. He was an adherent of the Christian faith; one of his final acts was to recite a traditional prayer known as the Hail Mary. (SCE eBooks: Wildfire)

In an alternate universe accessed by an interdimensional Androssi device, Feliciano survived into late 2376, and served as transporter chief aboard the USS Gettysburg. (SCE eBook: Lost Time)
