The Discovery (OV-103) was a space shuttle built by the United States of America. The shuttle was the fourth shuttle built, and was first launched in 1984.
Disovery was used by the United States of America to study the hole in the ozone layer over Earth's south pole. This study led to the employment of Wilson Evergreen. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 1)
