Donald Archibald Williams was an English Human. In 1974, he was employed by the Chrysalis Project. He captured Gary Seven at Balam International Airport. Just prior to the destruction of the Chrysalis Project, he absconded with a virulent form of streptococcus. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 1)
