In 2265, the Tholians attacked Dorala in retaliation for the Klingon attack on Zenstala II. (VAN novel: Summon the Thunder)

In 2295, Qagh (the Albino) was seen in the Dorala star system. (ST novel: Forged in Fire)

In 2374, during the Dominion War, General Martok dispatched three Klingon attack cruisers to bolster the defense perimeter of the Dorala system against the Dominion until Starfleet could arrive. (DS9 episode: "The Reckoning")
