Dralath was a mad Romulan Praetor of the Romulan Star Empire. He once killed a senator on the floor of the Romulan Senate. (TOS novels: Vulcan's Heart, Vulcan's Soul Exodus, Exiles, Epiphany) In 2344, Dralath ordered an attack on the Klingon outpost Narendra III.
