Dramia was a planet located in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, in orbit of the Dramia star system. An inhabited planet, Dramia was the homeworld of the Dramian civilization.

In 2270, the Federation starship USS Enterprise was assigned to deliver medical supplies to Dramia. Leonard McCoy was later arrested by the Dramians and charged with the murder of the colonists of Dramia II. McCoy was later found to be innocent. (TAS episode & novelization: Albatross)
