The Drexa were a Klingon familial line extant in the 23rd century.

History and specifics[]

Drexa were made up entirely of Klingon/Human fusions. They formed at some point between the late 2220s and the early 2260s to become one of the most influential linenames of the period. They were among the first family lines to include fusion Klingons, and Starfleet believed they probably had been a mixed house at one time. They were composed of 5,000 to 7,000 individuals and traditionally allied with the Simparri. Some women in the house tattooed a hollow five-pointed star on their right palms. One private, in-house title among the line was "Protector of the Drexa".

In 2268, Krox vestai-Drexa settled on Sheridan's World as one of its colonial administrators, accompanied by eight men and four women of the Drexa line. Abarr Drexa fathered three children and Arilla Drexa bore two there by 2283.

By the 2280s, the Drexa had amassed their own private fleet of warships from the Imperial Klingon Navy. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)

Azaram epetai-Drexa was their leader. (FASA RPG modules: Klingon Intelligence Briefing, Conflict of Interests)

In the 2280s, the Drexa line spearheaded a movement to end covert Klingon aid of Orion families. (FASA RPG modules: The Klingons: Star Fleet Intelligence Manual, Conflict of Interests)
