Durjik

Durjik was a male Romulan Senator that survived the death of the Imperial Romulan Senate at the hands of Shinzon of Remus.

During the turbulent times of the Romulan Star Empire after that event, Durjik allied himself with Tebok and former senator Pardek. The three of them served as a "warhawk" power faction that sought to encourage a declaration of war against the Federation.

After Pardek's death, Durjik placed his suspicions on Federation involvement or the actions of Praetor Tal'Aura which caused a tense atmosphere on Romulus and nearly resulted in Proconsul Tomalak engaging Durjik in personal combat. The Reman rebellion brought the internal squabbling to an end. (TTN novel: Taking Wing)
