Dvor was a 23rd century Nrakan man, leader of the government on Nraka.

History[]

In 2266, the starship USS Enterprise visited Nraka to celebrate the civilization's 10,000th year of recorded history. Dvor held an official reception attended by James T. Kirk, Spock, Montgomery Scott, Sja-Yo and Dvor's daughter Rava. (TOS comics: "The Evictors", "Planet of No Life")

When a Sanoora world ship lay claim on the world and demanded Nrakans abandon it, Dvor agreed with General Sja-Yo that the invaders were lying pirates. He asked Kirk whether he'd surrender his homeworld with such little evidence, and Kirk confessed honestly that he'd fight. After the world ship began firing on the Enterprise, Kirk told Dvor he was no longer required to act as a neutral observer, and he helped Dvor repel the vessel.

After peace had been restored, Dvor addressed the Nrakans, who'd rioted after losing faith in their civilization. Dvor reminded them of the example set by their founder Zotar for tolerance and love. (TOS comic: "The Evictors")
