Dwight David Eisenhower (October 14, 1890 - March 28, 1969) was a male Human in the 20th century. As a General of the Army in the United States Army, he served as Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in Europe during World War II, and later served as the 34th President of the United States of America.
As Supreme Commander of Allied Forces during World War II, Eisenhower was responsible for planning and supervising the Normandy Invasion as well as the invasion of Germany. (TOS - Star Trek II Short Stories short story: "The Blaze of Glory")
At some point during his presidency, Eisenhower's Secret Service contingent commandeered the first class section of a commercial airplane on which a young Roberta Lincoln and her parents were passengers. (TOS - Star Trek: Assignment: Earth comic: "Too Many Presidents")
An image of Eisenhower was among the files in the USS Enterprise computer library accessed by the Talosians in 2254. (TOS episodes: "The Cage", "The Menagerie")
During Starfleet Fleet Admiral Karis Tatenen's retelling of the Battle of Vonra aboard the USS Enterprise in 2277, Admiral James T. Kirk compared it to Eisenhower talking about the Normandy Invasion. (TOS - Star Trek II Short Stories short story: "The Blaze of Glory")
The Starfleet starship USS Eisenhower was named for Eisenhower.
