Eggs Benedict was a breakfast dish from Earth. In the classic recipe it is made from poached eggs and Canadian bacon on an English muffin, topped with hollandaise sauce, but numerous variants have been developed over the centuries.

In the 2150s, the chef aboard the Enterprise (NX-01) was known for his famous eggs Benedict. In 2152, Jonathan Archer and Malcolm Reed were served eggs Benedict for breakfast. (ENT episode: "Minefield")

In the late 23rd century, this dish was one of many prepared in the food processor units aboard the USS Enterprise. (TOS reference: Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise)

While talking with Chakotay in 2371, Kathryn Janeway enquired if he wanted to join her for breakfast, stating that she was having eggs Benedict with asparagus. In actuality, she was going to have ration pack 5. (VOY episode: "Phage")
