Elizabeth T'Les Tucker was a female Human/Vulcan hybrid. She was created as a binary clone from the DNA of Charles Tucker III and T'Pol sometime in mid-2154 by the organization Terra Prime.

Because of the method used to clone her, Tucker's genetic structure was not stable. Shortly after her existence was revealed by Terra Prine, Tucker became ill, and died at the approximate age of six months. Doctor Phlox initially believed that it was because humans and Vulcans were incapable of creating a child with a stable genetic structure, however he later discovered that the cloning method used was flawed and that in time that it would be possible for a stable Human/Vulcan hybrid to be created. She was interred on planet Vulcan, near the grave of one of her namesakes, T'Pol's mother T'Les. (ENT novel: The Good That Men Do)

Elizabeth's full name was revealed in the novel.
