Ellen Mangione

Ellen Mangione was a Human Starfleet officer who served during the 23rd century.

By 2251, Commander Mangione served aboard the USS Republic as executive officer after transferring aboard once Captain Rollin Bannock assumed command. During the time they served together, Mangione and Bannock established a deep respect for each other.

When Cadet-Lieutenant James T. Kirk and a group of cadets were assigned to the Republic in late 2251, Bannock introduced Mangione and the other senior staff to the cadets at a meeting. (TOS - My Brother's Keeper novel: Republic).
