Elliot Stabile was a male Human in the 24th century. He attended Starfleet Academy, in the same class as Cadet Domenica Corsi, with whom he became friends. Stabile served as a Starfleet security officer for several years, stationed at Starbase 11. He resigned his commission sometime prior to 2376, at which time he relocated to Sherman's Planet and opened a private security and investigation business.
In 2376, during a mission to Sherman's Planet, Corsi visited Stabile's operation, and was impressed with the job he had done there. Corsi secured his services a year later, asking him to check into the background of a man named Benzev Kaz, who was attempting to buy her father's transport business.
